                 In Padmabhushan Dr. Vasantraodada Patil Mahavidyalaya Tasgaon, Department of Computer Science was established in,June2012 as under graduate course. The department of Computer Science having 246 students in U.G. courses. The computer department is based on all about experimental learning and building an ever-expanding knowledge involving knowledge partners and communities. The computer science department of PDVP COLLEGE,TASGAON is where information and ideas flow freely in an open and friendly atmosphere-   

"A Knowledge Hub of Global Excellence" in which students learn, share, shine and have fun.

                 Our vision is to setup a knowledge Hub where careers follow students and not the other way round. The computer department leverages the best that enables academic institution to deliver new and more engaging models knowledge managements in campus. There by creating a new vibrant and futuristic learning environment.

                The department has created an interactive and stimulation learning environment by encouraging students activities, events, workshops, seminars, tests, social competitions, student common room,  library, reading room facility there by making education a 360 degree experience for students.
